Your Menopause Journey with Harmony Hub

Discover expert guidance and support tailored to help women navigate the complexities of menopause with confidence and ease.

Understanding Menopause

Navigating Menopause with Confidence

Menopause can be a challenging phase for many women, bringing about a range of physical and emotional changes. At HRT Harmony Hub, we believe that education is key to managing these changes effectively. Our resources and support services are designed to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to thrive during this transition.

There is a general lack of knowledge surrounding HRT facts and use, which can feel like navigating a maze. Women are often prescribed hormone replacement therapy (HRT) with no idea how it works or how to manage any possible side effects.

Currently, GPs have very little formal training on menopause, which can lead to misdiagnoses or insufficient support for women dealing with their symptoms.

Understanding Menopause

Empowering you in your menopause journey

Do you know how to manage your menopausal symptoms using HRT safely and effectively?

I can explain the purpose and benefits, HRT types, administration methods, and any potential risks and side effects they may endure. My knowledge comes from personal experience, education, and extensive research using evidence-based resources.

Through a personalised consultation, you will be reassured that everything is going to be okay. I will not tell you what to do, nor will I placate you with false reassurances. However, I will make sure that you have everything you need to take action for yourself.

Understanding Menopause

How can I help you?

My motivation stems from my own experiences with perimenopause. Frustrated by the limited availability of information on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), I committed myself to extensive research, education, and obtaining qualifications in this area, so you benefit from my knowledge without having to go through the same challenges.

I am caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, and experienced.

A few random facts about me: I love gardening but can only grow flowers; growing food is definitely not my forte. I’m really good at Crochet, and although I’m an amateur, I can knock up some quite impressive gifts.

I’m sorry if it’s weird. I’m also the type of person who has to turn the volume down while driving when lost because lowering the volume helps me see better!

I am married with 3 children, 2 grandchildren and a manic poodle!

My personal journey and first-hand experience managing HRT have given me a deeper understanding. My facilitation skills are second to none, making me the go-to person for family and friends. Researching is a passion of mine, and once I get my teeth into something, I see it through to the end. Problem-solving is my forte. I am always happy to find a solution and feel a great sense of achievement in doing so.

On a fun note, recently, I’ve earned the nicknames “the menopause detective” and “the oracle of all things menopausal” due to my expertise in this area.
